Items Missing or Items Damaged From Shipment

Any items missing from your shipment which are not listed/marked as back-ordered or shipped separately, must be reported to GG/MCV within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.

Likewise, any shipping-damaged merchandise or missing/short cartons must be reported to GG/MCV within 5 days of receipt.

In either circumstance, we will arrange a solution with the customer.

Defective Items

Defective On Arrival: All defective items must be sent back to us for inspection, at the customer's cost, before a replacement item will be shipped. Upon receipt of all returned items, our technicians will test and evaluate each item to determine if it is defective. If your item is defective and unused and in the original packaging, an exact replacement will be sent back to you. Please follow our return procedure below.

Defective Under Warranty: If the item has been used for any period of time, it will be evaluated under the terms of its original warranty. Warranty items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion if the item is returned within the terms and time frame of the original warranty. Applicable shipping arrangements will be made with the customer. Please follow our return procedure below.

Return Procedure

When returning items purchased from, please follow the procedure below:

  • Contact us for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number. No returns will be processed without this RGA number.
  • Item must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment.
  • Item must be returned in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with all instruction manuals, parts and accessories, to ensure full credit.
  • All returns must be shipped insured and shipped "signature required" to fully document receipt of delivery.
  • Please provide a copy of original order or invoice print out.
  • RGA number must be referenced on paperwork and on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • Original shipping, handling, as well as return postage charges will not be refunded.
  • If you are returning merchandise that originally had free shipping, we will deduct our original shipping charges from your return credit.
  • A restocking charge may apply.

Non-Refundable Merchandise

We reserve the right not to issue or process a credit or refund in the event the returned product is received in unsatisfactory condition. After inspection of your returned merchandise, to the satisfaction of the aforementioned procedure and terms, if we deem that the merchandise is non-refundable you may request to have that merchandise returned to you at your own cost of return shipping charges. Conditions include abusive misuse or damage to the item, misrepresentation of the items age, substitution of the purchased item, etc.

Please note that certain electrical parts - including motors, relays, switches, are always non-refundable.

Returns Processing Time Frame

Galaxie Group, LP makes every good-faith effort to process returns as efficiently as possible in the service of our customers. However, in some cases returned merchandise may take up to six weeks to process and issue a refund after receipt of the item. Please also be advised that deviation from our return procedure and policies may add to the time it takes to receive a refund or replacement.

Undeliverable Shipments

Undeliverable or refused shipments will be credited back minus the shipping costs you were charged or minus our cost of shipping if you received free shipping at cost to us. Original shipping and handling charges, if you were charged any, will not be refunded.
